Robert Voth is a Partner in the Cleveland office of CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. During his 12 years in executive search, Robert has completed more than 250 global assignments, a majority of which have focused on Financial Services. Robert’s practice focuses on Consumer, Retail, Card and Commercial banking with functional expertise in Deposits, Payments, Marketing, eCommerce, Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Information Technology.
Robert's clients include the full spectrum of global money centers as well regional and community banks. Over half of the nation's top money centers have relied on Robert for his experience and guidance while European clients have leveraged Robert's expertise and market knowledge to recruit seasoned expatriates.

Prior to CTPartners, Robert was a Senior Manager for a regional boutique recruiting firm. He began his career as an instructor at one of the nation’s top boarding schools and has taught throughout Asia. Robert is a graduate of Kenyon College and a board member of the Colleen DeCrane Family Foundation, a cancer survivor non-profit organization.
