Melissa Verhelst is a Director with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. As a member of the firms Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice, Melissa identifies and assesses the right individuals to fit client needs.
Prior to CTPartners, she was an Associate with Heidrick & Struggles working across the Andean Region with clients in the Technology, Retail and Consumer Goods sectors. She assisted in the recruitments of executives for general management roles such as CEOs, CFOs, and Country Managers. Previously she was part of the Talent Acquisition Team of Dell Southern Europe, working for the Spanish, French and Italian markets. She began her career working at a local search firm.
She received a BBA from Sabana University in Bogotá, Colombia and pursued her MBA from Rouen Graduate School of Business with a Concentration in Entrepreneurship in France. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French and is based in firm’s Bogotá office.
