Marc Gasperino is a Managing Partner with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results.  Marc leads the firm’s Global Digital Practice and his diverse experience and comprehension of technology and its influence on emerging and transitioning markets and talent requirements distinguishes his practice, enabling him to serve clients across the internet, eCommerce, media and entertainment, consumer, financial services, life sciences and technology industries.

A member of the firm’s Technology/Media/Telecommunication and Board Services Practices, Marc has successfully recruited transitional leaders for companies at various stages of their development from early stage start-ups to FTN 500 companies.

Clients have entrusted Marc with identification of accomplished professionals to assume C-level, Board and critical senior functional roles such as marketing, strategy, sales and product lifecycle management.  Marc has led some of the industry’s most significant digital transformation searches and has collaborated closely with CEO’s, CHRO’s and boards of directors in strategically structuring the board and building leadership teams charged with implementing major corporate growth initiatives and organizational change. He also leads several global client relationships for the firm.

Previously Marc was head of Northeast operations for Corporate Information Systems, a high-tech search firm serving the technology industry. As an executive trainer with GE Capital Corporation, he deepened his understanding of leadership and assessment capabilities and gained an appreciation and aptitude for Six Sigma training and implementation.

A graduate of Marist College, Marc splits his time between the firm’s New York and Silicon Valley offices.
