Laura is a member of the firm’s Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice. Her clients include major pharmaceutical, medical device, and venture capital-backed as well as small to mid-cap public biotech companies. She also serves public and private health services organizations. Laura has successfully completed assignments for CEOs, senior general management and positions responsible for strategic operations and functions. Among these are commercial, business development, research and development, clinical and medical, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, marketing, quality, and human resources. Laura specializes in conducting global searches.
Previously Laura was with Russell Reynolds, where she worked closely with the global healthcare practice leader. She began her tenure in the London office, later transferring to Boston. She was instrumental in expanding capabilities to execute searches for US and European clients.
Laura holds a master’s degree in natural sciences with an emphasis in genetics from Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge University. She is based in the firm’s London office.
