Located in the London Office, James specialises in serving buy & sell side clients in Capital Markets and Commodities. He works on a global basis covering multi asset classes with his unique background derived from his fixed income derivatives banking, commodity trading and equity focused headhunting experience. James has completed senior searches across the US, Europe and Asia for major banks, commodity houses and hedge funds.
Prior to CTPartners, James headed the Global Prime Brokerage and Securities Finance practice at Pelham International from London, and was involved with the Equity Derivatives practice.
James joined Pelham International from CIBC World Markets in London where he held various positions of increasing responsibility within Fixed Income over a five year period including Head of Client Relationships and Senior Analyst. James fluency in French and Italian allowed the Fixed Income Financial Products group to maintain excellent relationships with their European clients.
James began his banking carreer at S.G. Warburg in Paris and has previous experience in International Commodity Trading and Shipping in Geneva, Switzerland. James graduated with Joint BA Honours in French and Italian from Royal Holloway College, London University.
