Deborah Whitehouse is a Partner with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. She brings a consultative approach to searches based on her industrial management experience and strategic insight gained from working with Boards. Deborah helps clients define and shape the role within its business and market context to quickly identify individuals able to create value and deliver specific business goals.
As a member of the firm’s Industrial Practice, Deborah assists public and privately held clients across industry, including in the defense, aerospace, rail, transportation, engineering, specialty products, process, construction, and support services sectors. She has recruited C-Suite, senior divisional executives and non executive directors into international corporate and private equity firms. She has assessed global management teams following corporate mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals.
Most recently, Deborah was a Partner with Whitehead Mann. During her 14 years at the firm, she focused on international industrial clients. She led the firm’s aerospace, rail and transportation practices and also led a regional office before moving to London.
A former executive, Deborah progressed through a series of management roles at Alcan, culminating as Divisional Commercial Director, Extrusions and Tubes. In this capacity, she was responsible for international and technical sales, business development and planning. She created and led a successful strategic joint venture with a German organization.
Deborah graduated from the University of Birmingham with a B.Commerce and is a German speaker. Deborah is based in the firm’s London office.
