Dimitri Tsamados is a Partner with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results.

Drawing more than seven years of experience as a search professional based in Asia, Dimitri is responsible for leading the firm’s expansion in Asia from its newly established Singapore office.

Dimitri serves a broad spectrum of clients located throughout Asia Pacific, from technology vendors and investors to professional services firms, helping them with their international expansion or transformation in Asia Pacific. He also works with European and North American companies in establishing and strengthening their Asia Pacific operations.

Dimitri is a member of the CTPartners Technology, Media & Telecom Practice, specializing in recruiting talent for positions charged with leading growth initiatives in Asia Pacific. While his diverse clientele includes software/solutions enterprises, telecommunications companies, electronics, and semiconductor corporations. All have relied on him to identify talent to fill senior general management and key functional positions. His successful completions include regional CEOs, country managing directors, general managers, and senior functional leadership.

As a member of the firm’s Professional Services Practice, Dimitri primarily works with major global strategy firms. Among the positions he has filled are practice leader, managing partner, and country managers. His understanding of business practices and fit has helped clients structure and recruit leadership teams of professionals ready to serve clients throughout Asia Pacific.

A seasoned executive search professional, Dimitri entered the industry in 1995 in Europe. Based in Paris, he was a Director with the Technology Practice of Michael Page. Upon joining Morgan Howard, a UK-based search firm specializing in technology, he relocated to Singapore and established the company’s Asia Pacific operations. Most recently Dimitri was managing director and cofounder of Amhurst Gordon International, a boutique executive search firm dedicated to building leadership teams across Asia.

Dimitri gained intimate knowledge of Chinese business practices and cultures as a strategic marketing consultant based in Shanghai in the early ‘90’s. His corporate career includes developing and implementing the electronic publishing strategy for a start-up media company in Paris.

A graduate of Paris’ Nanterre University, Dimitri holds a bachelor of law degree. He is based in Singapore.
