A member of the firm’s Global Financial Services Practice, Cynthia specializes in serving clients in the capital markets industry. Her successful completions include Managing Directors, Directors, and Group Heads across functions for the world’s preeminent firms. Her product expertise encompasses the equity, fixed income and foreign exchange space with a particular focus on derivatives and structured products.
Cynthia began her search career with Allison-Gaines, LLC, an executive search firm dedicated to serving capital markets clients. She was chosen to be a member of the founder’s search team. Cynthia remained a member of Kerry Allison-Gaines’ search team after the firm’s acquisition by Rhodes Associates.
Earlier, Cynthia was an Equity Analyst at Prudential Securities, where she gained an understanding of the dynamics of the capital markets industry and the unique cultural demands determining leadership success. Cynthia began her career as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche.
Based in the firm’s New York headquarters, Cynthia graduated from the University of Washington. She earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
