As a member of the firm’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice, Stephanie serves software, telecommunications, internet/e-commerce, and systems/hardware companies. She has worked with global, national, and start-up clients, identifying leadership to fill CEO, CFO, COO, and other general management roles. Stephanie has successfully completed assignments for senior roles responsible for sales, marketing, business development, finance, IT, operations, and human resources. She also assists clients in structuring global teams, recruiting individuals to opportunities based in the U.S., Europe, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa.

Stephanie’s previous search experience was gained with Korn/Ferry International. Initially, she was based in the firm’s Moscow office, working on assignments in a variety of industries. She later relocated to the London office as a member of the Technology Practice focusing largely on the internet industry. Most recently, Stephanie was a Senior Associate in the European Global Technology Markets Practice.

Stephanie’s corporate career includes being with Excite Corporation, managing large online sponsorship accounts throughout Europe. As Senior Business Development Manager for AOL Europe, she secured online partnerships with traditional and online companies. While with Amazon, Stephanie managed the UK Online Marketing Group and later assumed responsibility for the Online Account Management Team of Amazon UK, France, and Germany.

A graduate of the U.S.’s Trinity College, Stephanie is a dual citizen of the U.S. and France. She is fluent in English, French and Spanish and proficient in Russian. Stephanie is based in the firm’s London office.
