Based in Boston, Bob is a senior member of the firm’s Asset & Wealth Management and specialty Hedge Fund Practices. He brings over 20 years of professional search experience dedicated exclusively to the investment management industry.
Bob focuses his recruiting efforts on key leadership, manufacturing and distribution roles for leading traditional and alternative investment management firms around the world. He has recruited chief investment officers, asset class heads, lead portfolio managers, research and trading professionals, as well as division heads, team leaders and individual contributors in retail and institutional distribution. His clients include single and multi-strategy hedge funds, global mutual funds, boutique and multi-asset class asset managers.
Prior to joining CTPartners in 2007, Bob spent 8 years as a partner in Boston within the Asset & Wealth Management Practice of Heidrick & Struggles. He spent his early career in search with AT Kearney and Sullivan & Company, a Wall Street boutique acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 1999.
Bob’s corporate career includes holding sales and marketing positions with Northwestern Mutual Life and Prudential-Bache Securities.
Bob received a BA in Economics from Boston College. He is an active speaker on career management issues for the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analyst Society.
