Daniel Soh is a Principal with CTPartners, premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. Drawing on more than a decade of search experience at the toptier level in Asia Pacific, Daniel’s understanding of the leadership talent requirements in the region enables him to quickly assess fit and attract executives compatible with the challenge.
Daniel serves clients in the telecommunications, semiconductor, professional services, IT consulting, and hardware/software industries. As a member of the firm’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice, he is instrumental in building Asia Pacific leadership teams for his clients, enabling them to establish and strengthen their presence in the region. A specialist in cross–border engagements, Daniel has successfully led and completed senior-level search assignments for general management roles based in Singapore, Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan, and India. His successful placements also include vice presidents and directors of sales, marketing, business development, technology, human resources, and finance.
After starting his search career with A.T. Kearney, Daniel was instrumental in developing Arthur Andersen’s Technology Search Practice. He had also held similar responsibilities with another retained search firm before joining Heidrick & Struggles as a member of its Asia Pacific Technology Practice.
Daniel is a graduate of Australia’s RMIT University. He is based in the firm’s Singapore office.
