Chris Seabourne is a Partner with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. Drawing on a career devoted to strengthening organizational human resources, Chris quickly assesses executive potential, recruiting talent compatible with specific client needs.

Chris is a member of the firm’s Life Sciences Practice specializing in serving pharmaceutical and health services clients. He has successfully completed assignments for general management such as CEOs, CFOs and COOs, as well as for roles critical to organizational growth. Among these are research and development, medical and regulatory affairs, sales, marketing, finance, operations, logistics, quality assurance, and human resources. Chris has recruited talent to positions based in key business centres throughout Europe as well as to Australia, South Africa, India, Saudi Arabia, and the U.S.

Previously Chris led the European Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice at executive search firm Edward W. Kelley and Partners. He entered the profession as head of the European division of a global executive search boutique specializing in life sciences and health care.

A former human resources executive, Chris held leadership roles with premier global organizations. He began his corporate career with Rolls-Royce. Later he held senior management positions with Fisons Pharmaceuticals and Nokia. During tenures with these organizations, Chris gained knowledge of diverse cultures and business practices while working in several European countries and in North America.

Chris graduated from the University of Liverpool. He is based in the firm’s London office.
