Aidan Kennedy is a Partner with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. Combining years of investment banking research expertise and industry-dedicated search experience, Aidan brings clients candidates possessing proven leadership ability, strategic creativity, and the drive to meet ongoing challenges.

As a member of the firm’s Global Financial Services Practice, Aidan specializes in serving investment banking clients. In executing assignments for positions based in emerging and established European business centers, Aidan has particular extensive senior search experience across the UK, French, Italian and Nordic markets. He has successfully completed searches for positions in M&A, capital markets, private equity, private wealth management, and alternative wealth management. His practice includes a concentration of experience of assignments in restructuring, FIG, energy and power, consumer/retail, real estate and industrials.

While with Armstrong International, Aidan had dual responsibilities as Partner and as Chief Operating Officer. The youngest individual ever elected to the firm’s partnership ranks, Aidan worked primarily with investment banking clients, recruiting talent for positions located throughout Continental Europe, the Middle East, and the UK. In addition to his strategic and operational duties as COO, Aidan led the firm’s research function, serving as editor of the Armstrong Report, an annual study reporting European investment banking compensation trends.

Other career experience includes being with Mondus.com, a venture capital backed enterprise originated by Oxford University graduates where Aidan had a variety of research and business development roles.

A graduate of University College Dublin, Aidan earned his master’s degree from St. Antony’s College at Oxford University. He completed the Professional Services Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School. Aidan is based in the firm’s London office.
